SOCCER POWER TRAINING CLASS

The Power Training class is designed to prepare each student athlete for the rigorous demands of advanced high school soccer. This program is focused on developing strength, agility, speed, and powerful performance to ensure that athletes are fully prepared for the challenges ahead.

In the Power Training class, athletes will engage in a variety of training methods that will not only improve their physical abilities but also enhance their mental toughness. By focusing on both the mind and body, our program aims to ensure that athletes are ready for their upcoming season and can maintain their peak performance throughout.

The training sessions will be led by the Head Coach, as he dedicated to helping each athlete reach their full potential. Whether their goal is to improve their speed, increase their strength, or enhance their agility on the field, our program will provide them with the tools and techniques needed to succeed.
